I have an IFA W50 its 4x4. I have a problem with first gear and reverse gear. Its really hard to get it in those gears, and when i can put it in those gears, its very hard to get it out of gear and i hear a grinding noise. Maybe you can help me with some information?

It could be the switch box.
There is a lock to prevent accidental shifting into 1st or reverse gear.

Hi,
check please if your Clutch is working properly. First and reverse Gear are not synchronized and depending on, that the Gearbox inputshaft comes to a complete hold. That means if you operate the clutch, the small Propshaft between clutch and Gearbox should stop turning..
