Types of gasoline engines

Hi all!
Not long time ago I've bought Ifa Robur with gasoline engine. But now I have no information about it. Can you show me some information about them or say where I can buy a book with operating instructions.
P.S. Are in Germany a lot of parts for this truck? There are some parts from soviet technics. Yesterday I've bought hub bearnigs - they are the same with MAZ and ZiL.
